Oasis on Royal Opens
​Alexandria residents and artists Julianne Woehrle and Sarah Locke (also known as Blonde Spiritual Millennial) will be opening Oasis on Royal on Dec. 8. It will be the last popup at The Seedling Collective at 121 S. Royal St. in Old Town Alexandria, before the space goes into permanent use by local boutique Alx. & Co.
