Shipping Policy
I use USPS to ship all items. I am working hard to get all my orders fulfilled and you can expect me to ship out an in-stock item in 1-2 business days. If it is a custom item I will require two weeks unless indicated otherwise.
Return & Exchange Policy
All of my items are hand-crafted with love. If you are not satisfied with your item I am happy to accept a return, with shipping covered by your expense. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom items, but will do whatever I can to make sure you are truly delighted when you receive your item!
